LUXU YOGA is a **Wholesale-Only** platform. We provide factory-direct supply with professional logistics management. To ensure the lowest possible freight costs for your bulk orders, we utilize a custom quoting system.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Shipping is NOT charged at checkout ($0.00 is a placeholder). Within 24 hours of your order submission, our team will calculate the exact freight based on weight/volume and send the payment information to your email for the final total.

Wholesale Returns & Quality Guarantee
Due to our factory-direct wholesale pricing model, our return policy is strict to protect the integrity of our supply chain.
1. Final Sale Policy
All wholesale/bulk orders are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns for change of mind, style preference, or sizing errors. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.
2. Manufacturing Defects
We perform rigorous Quality Control (QC) on every order. However, if you receive items with confirmed manufacturing defects (e.g., fabric holes, broken stitching), we will issue a refund or replacement for those specific items.
3. How to Report an Issue
- Email sales@luxuyoga.com within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Our team will review and resolve the issue within 2-3 business days.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before the final payment link is processed. Once the gear and shipping costs are paid, the order enters fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
